01 Company Registratoin
Regular assistance of CA & CS;
Minimum 10 or more persons.
Minimum 5 directors and maximum 15.
It can be formed as a Private limited company or a Public limited company.
Provides loans and credit facilities to members
No taxes on agricultural income.

The promoter will be Director/ Managing Director;
